# Conclusion

MicroTape's choice is to write a meme trading tax as a production levy. Tax enters the treasury. The treasury buys irreversible TapeOut miners. Miners emit `$BEM` that already exists. `$BEM` is paid to eligible holders.

`$TAPE` is not a treasury share. Holders cannot redeem BNB at book. Graduation LP is not managed protocol-owned liquidity. It is sent to `0xdead`. The dividend is not a reflection of TAPE. It depends on PodMining continuing to pay `$BEM`, and on someone harvesting output.

Growth is conditional. The tax base comes from volume. Parts come from live Firsto asks. Starts come from a next-block window and gas. Claims come from the 1,000 `$TAPE` floor and the circulating-supply identity. The flywheel is a design goal, not a promise of volume, yield, or price. Risks and control bounds are collected in [Control Surface](/control) and [Risks](/risks).
